ParkingPartner acts as a booking agent and works with independent airport parking providers. Refund eligibility may therefore depend on the cancellation terms applicable to your booking and the parking provider.
The exact cancellation conditions applicable to your booking are shown during the booking process and/or in your booking confirmation.
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund when:

The actual refund will depend on the terms applicable to your individual booking.
Unless your booking confirmation or product-specific terms state otherwise, cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled parking date/time may not be eligible for a refund.
Some products may have different cancellation conditions, so please always check your booking confirmation.
If Cancellation Cover was purchased with your booking, you may be entitled to cancel within the period specified in your booking terms.
Cancellation Cover does not automatically apply to every booking and may have specific conditions or exclusions.
