1.3 Parkingpartner is a trading name of Airport Parkwise Ltd (Company No. 17086825), registered in England & Wales.
1.4 We operate solely as a booking agent, connecting customers with independent parking providers across the UK.
1.5 Your parking service is provided by a third-party Parking Provider, and their terms also apply to your booking.
2.1 We do not own, manage, or operate any parking facilities.
2.2 Your contract for parking services is directly with the Parking Provider.
2.3 We are responsible only for facilitating the booking process.
3.1 A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference.
3.2 You are responsible for ensuring all booking details are correct.
3.3 Failure to provide accurate information may result in service issues without refund.
3.4 All bookings are subject to availability.
4.1 All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
4.3 Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.
4.4 Additional charges may apply directly from the Parking Provider.
5.1 Amendments are subject to the Parking Provider's terms and availability.
5.2 Requests must be made within the required notice period (typically 72 hours, unless stated otherwise).

5.4 Requests are only processed during support hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
